Point Shaving
Recently 10 people from the University of San Diego Mens Basketball team are being charged with running a sports betting business to affect the outcome of games. This to me outstanding. I can't believe that the players would actually try to influence a game for a bet. They are playing the game for the wrong reason and they shouldn't play again. Sports should not be like this and I hope that all those people get the punishment that they deserve.

I agree. Its obviously not fair to the other players who are really trying to win. Its not really all that beneficial to the players doing it either because once theyre caught, sure they might have made some money, but they may not be able to ever play at that college or even at any college ever again.
